Story 2

Good Morning, I’d just like to share with you a little story about my beautiful daughter!

She has just turned 6 and attends a SEND school which she absolutely loves! Her favourite things to do in school are baking and swimming. She’s a very sociable and helpful little girl and enjoys doing special jobs for her teachers and friends. Her favourite things to do outside of school are going to the park, visiting the beach and spending time with her nanny and grandad. She also enjoys playing with her dollies, putting on make up and cooking food in her play kitchen. She is a big sister to her 3 year old brother  and her 1 month old sister - she’s very protective of them both and loves giving them kisses and cuddles. Our daughter has a very rare, life limiting heart and lung condition but she doesn’t let it stop her in any way - she lives life to the full and puts a smile on our faces every single day! We are so proud of her!

"Darcey is going to walk for 21 minutes for 3 weeks in October to support DS Cheshire as her challenge for Down Syndrome awareness month! Darcey isn’t one for walks, she loves coming in from school and chilling out doing creative stuff, so this may not sound a task to some, but for Darcey this is a physical and mental challenge. Please support her on this personal challenge which I know she will smash and all in a great cause."
