Introducing the Little Joys Fund

Introducing Our New Little Joys Fund.

We’re excited to share some heartwarming news with you!

We’ve created the Little Joys Fund to help bring smiles to our DSC families when it matters most. Life can be unpredictable, and we want to be there to support each other during difficult times.

Here are some examples of how the Little Joys Fund will make a difference:

  • Hospital Stays & Treatment: If a member is in hospital or undergoing treatment, we’ll send a thoughtful gift to brighten their day.
  • Support During Tragedy: If a family experiences a loss or hardship, we want to be there to offer comfort and support.
  • Event Assistance: No one should miss out on our big events due to financial struggles. The fund will ensure that all DSC families can join in the fun, no matter their situation.

Together, we can create little moments of joy that mean so much!

If you’d like to learn more about the Little Joys Fund or know a family that could benefit, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

"Darcey is going to walk for 21 minutes for 3 weeks in October to support DS Cheshire as her challenge for Down Syndrome awareness month! Darcey isn’t one for walks, she loves coming in from school and chilling out doing creative stuff, so this may not sound a task to some, but for Darcey this is a physical and mental challenge. Please support her on this personal challenge which I know she will smash and all in a great cause."
