What happens when you raise a concern
When you contact us, we will:
- listen carefully and take your concern seriously
- record the information securely
- act promptly where someone may be at risk
- follow our safeguarding procedures
- work with relevant agencies when needed
- keep information confidential, unless sharing is needed to protect someone from harm
