Casual Community Connectors


Our casual Community Connectors support Thrive, social activities, community sessions, events and member experiences across the week. They help create safe, welcoming and engaging spaces where members can build friendships, try new things and feel part of the DSC community.


This may suit people who are:


  • warm, reliable and practical
  • confident supporting people in group settings
  • interested in community, life skills, inclusion and social activities
  • looking for flexible work
  • able to support evenings, weekends or activities when needed
